shipping + returns

  • if your order is marked ready to ship, it will ship in about 7 days. Custom pieces can take up to 12 weeks. We prefer to ship with USPS.

  • We ship in flat Kraft recyclable mailers. Your Hedron piece will arrive in a jewelry box with our logo, ready to open or gift.

  • If a piece is damaged when you receive it, please email us immediately with pictures and we will determine the issue and replace or repair your piece.  Emails received the day of receipt will be considered for shipping damage.  

  • All sales are final.  We are a micro business and cant withstand covering returns. If an item is purchased by mistake, or you would like to change your order please contact us at info@hedronstudio.com and if we haven’t yet made or shipped your piece we can exchange it.

  • All Hedron Studio sales are final.  Exchanges may be made on a case-by-case basis; just email us about your order.  If you want to exchange an order, there is a restocking fee (starting at 10$ depending on the piece).  Please email us at info@hedronstudio.com and we will be happy to make sure the Hedron pieces you end up with are ones you love. 

  • We absolutely recommend insurance on every shipment!
